Beyond ‘Having It All’: Find Your Missing Joy, Purpose, and Love.
I’ve been where you are. Let my proven path of awakening guide you to wholeness.
When Life Looks Good, But Something Still Feels Missing.
You’re grateful for the life you’ve built — meaningful relationships, steady responsibilities, and accomplishments you can be proud of. And yet, beneath the surface, there’s a quiet restlessness. A subtle feeling that something is missing.
This is a call to reconnect with your inner compass — to create a life that feels as meaningful on the inside as it appears on the outside.
Hi, I’m Candace.
I’ve been there — the glamour, the luxury, the wealth, and the feeling that “having it all” wasn’t enough. I still felt empty, like I had no purpose, or life had no meaning. Now I have found myself, I’ve found my joy, I’ve found my purpose, and best of all, I’ve found love — and so can you!
Kind words, meaningful change.

Candace has been teaching yoga classes at Sugar Ridge Retreat Centre since June of 2013. From her very first class here, students were approaching me asking to have more of Candace on the schedule since they enjoyed her style so much. We’ve had other Kundalini Yoga teachers here in the past and none have had the same rave reviews that Candace has had, which were completely unsolicited by me. — Liz Frost, Owner, Sugar Ridge Retreat Centre, Wyebridge, ON
With Candace’s guidance, I was able to face my fears and doubts, look at my conditioning from another perspective, and most importantly, acquire simple tools to liberate myself from all these burdens. — Olga Ioffe-Kasher
Candace’s courses changed how I looked at things, how I handle my emotions, and how I manage a situation. I learned how to live a happier life, how to reconnect my mind, body, and spirit, and how to consciously tune into my soul for all the answers I seek. Candace’s workshops have absolutely changed me because I am now able to understand who I was, who I am and who I want to be. I learned how to tap into my inner self, a space I barely explored. From there, I discovered my inner strength and power that I did not know existed! — Loretta Lau
Lovely to see the negative mind thoughts in a real-life situation and then the positive mind kick in. Feels tangible. And clearer. I have been oppressing and suppressing my ugly, it has rarely had an opportunity to be seen. It was lost to me. Festering inside without release. Killing me slowly. We are ALL the emotions. Even the ugly. For me, I acknowledge that the ugly must be seen. With compassion and grace, I welcome it. And with forgiveness. I had an encounter recently where I was angered, AND I responded in anger, yet my words were kind. It felt glorious. I set a boundary. I saw me and I heard me. I am living my life now... then I wasn’t... and didn’t know I wasn’t. — DebBee Roberts, Artist, Woman, Mama
